61.5" x 77.5" Fan Quilt w/Vintage 1940 fabric and two 26 1/4"x 20" shams This is a reimagined vintage quilt, lovingly made and donated by the quilting group at Faith Lutheran Church. Strips of quilt blocks from the 1940s were saved and donated to the group, then reconstructed into this gorgeous quilt and pillow shams. These pieces are a beautiful fan pattern, but they remind us of rays of sunlight, each one unique. Like the work of our survivors, this quilt represents taking the parts of us that were once discarded and turning them into something beautiful, meant to be cherished. Rays of sunlight remind us that hope is never lost, and each woman Sojourn House serves has the opportunity to reconstruct her story, find her light, and let it shine.

A note from Sojourn House: Thank you for shopping Sojourn House's 6th Annual Virtual Silent Auction! We have some great items available for you to bid on from small businesses, gift baskets, vacation packages, and so much more! All funds raised from this auction will go directly to helping Sojourn House pursue its mission to defend, restore, and liberate women who have been trafficked and/or exploited. Sojourn House has worked with over 150 women in the Central Indiana area, providing trafficking awareness and preventative education (in vulnerable areas in the community as well as in the jail), referral and assistance to and from rehab facilities and appointments, life skills classes (i.e. budgeting, healthy boundaries, etc.), as well as working with women in our residential program. Our residents walk through a two year program to find healing, freedom, education, and the life skills necessary to graduate with a sustainable path forward.
